Canada’s longest-running commercial coin show returns to the Toronto area this weekend as TOREX hosts its fall event on Saturday, Oct. 25, and Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel.
Established in 1962, the show provides an opportunity to buy, sell, trade, and evaluate coins, paper money, and related material in a professional setting. Show Manager Brian Smith said the event continues to attract a strong mix of dealers and collectors, adding that TOREX remains “a meeting place for those who appreciate Canada’s numismatic history and the community that surrounds it.”
The two-day show typically features a wide variety of material, from early Canadian and world coins to tokens, paper money, and modern issues. Visitors can also connect with experienced dealers, obtain expert evaluations, and find information about local coin clubs.
Canadian Coin News, a long-time supporter of TOREX, will host a booth at the show on Saturday, Oct. 25, offering copies of the magazine for sale, accepting subscription renewals and orders, and carrying a selection of numismatic supplies. The CCN booth will be open on Saturday only due to other commitments.
Admission to the show is $5, while children under 16 are admitted free. Discounted parking is available for $6 per day through the hotel’s front desk. For additional details and list of dealers attending, visit torex.net.
