There are three major shows slated to take place this week.
First up is Coin-a-Rama, which is being held today at a new venue—the Jubilee Pavilion on 55 Lakeview Park Ave., in Oshawa, Ont. Hosted by the Oshawa and District Coin Club, the show will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and boasts free admission.
Also being held today is the 10th Annual International Coin Show. Jointly hosted by the Windsor Coin Club and Polish American Numismatic Society at the American Polish Cultural Center on 2975 East Maple Rd., in Troy, Mich., the show will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with more than 100 tables. Michigan’s largest one-day club show, it also offers authentic Polish food through the venue. Admission is free.
TOREX
Later this week, on Feb. 23-24, Torex will return to Toronto’s Hyatt Regency on King. The bourse will be open on Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., and admission is $7 (but children under the age of 16 are free). There will be more than 30 dealers buying, selling and appraising material as well as an auction hosted by the Canadian Numismatic Company.
NEXT WEEK
