Another COVID-19 show loss comes with the cancellation of this August’s Paris Coin Show in southwestern Ontario.
The show typically features 55 bourse tables with dealers offering worldwide currency at the Paris Fairgrounds plus an auction hosted by Geoffrey Bell Auctions (GBA) the night before.
While the upcoming show is cancelled due to the pandemic, the Aug. 14 GBA auction will still be conducted online, starting at 6 p.m. (ET) that day. All lots can be viewed at gbellauctions.com, with bids accepted via the Internet, email, phone or mail.
Auctioneers will not issue an official catalogue.
