The Ontario Numismatic Association seeks volunteers to fill two vacant roles: membership chair and insurance chair. In the ONA’s November/December Ontario Numismatist, treasurer Robb McPherson says the responsibilities of the membership chair include:
- sending annual renewal emails, mailing forms to clubs and mailed members and processing renewals;
- submitting short bi-monthly reports for publication in the Ontario Numismatist; and,
- handling inquiries regarding membership and participating in Zoom meetings with the executive as needed.

The insurance chair’s responsibilities include managing club insurance renewals and the following:
- sending renewal letters to member clubs and handling their replies;
- dealing with insurance companies regarding premiums and the rare event of a claim;
- participating in Zoom meetings with the executive as needed; and,
- submitting an annual report advising of upcoming renewals to be published in the Ontario Numismatist.
