Circulating coin recalls costliest conflicts

Glowing dino puts Canada among Coin of the Year finalists

Named Most Innovative Coin, Canada’s 25-cent coin depicting Pachyrhinosaurus lakustai shows the dinosaur’s skeleton when examined in darkness.

New circulating coins have 
Northern touch

In Cape Dorset, Nunavut, artist Tim Pitsiulak holds a reproduction of the new 25-cent circulation coin he designed for the Royal Canadian Mint, celebrating life in the North.
