The Canadian Numismatic Company (TNCC) is closing 2025 and opening 2026 with a trio of specialty auctions that span watches, modern Royal Canadian Mint issues and Canadian and international militaria, reflecting the firm’s increasingly diverse sale calendar.
The series opens Dec. 28 with TNCC’s first dedicated Watches & Timepieces Auction, a single-session sale of about 210 lots featuring a mix of vintage and modern pieces. Highlights include a 1964 Rolex GMT-Master “Pepsi” Ref. 1675, estimated at $10,000 and up, and a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Squadra Hometime with papers, estimated at $25,000-plus. TNCC says the watch sale reflects growing demand from crossover collectors.
On Jan. 11, the firm follows with a two-session numismatic auction anchored by the “Master Club” RCM Collection, an estate formed by a long-time Master’s Club member. The offering includes gold, platinum and scarce silver issues, many in original Mint packaging. Among the highlights are a 2016 $2,500 Arms of Canada gold coin with a mintage of 10 and a 2021 $2,500 Archival Treasures gold issue, both estimated at $125,000 and up.
The auction run concludes Jan. 18 with a two-session Militaria Sale featuring medals, insignia and related material. The sale is led by two Canadian Military General Service Medals with Chateauguay clasps, including one named to Lt. A. Dumon of the Canadian Militia, estimated at $10,000 and up.
All three auctions will be held at TNCC’s Quebec City headquarters, with online bidding available. Full catalogues and sale details are posted at canadiancoinsandpapermoney.com.
