The Week in Shows (May 7-13)

There are only two major shows on the numismatic calendar this week.

Today is the Windsor Coin Club Annual Spring Coin Show, which is being held at the Caboto Club on 2175 Parent Ave. in Windsor, Ont. The bourse—to be filled with nearly 40 dealer tables—will be open to the public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is only $1 (although “juniors” are free if accompanied by an adult), and parking is free.

The show is hosted by the Windsor Coin Club.

NORTH YORK, ONT.

Later this week, on May 13, the North York Coin Club will host its annual coin show at Edithvale Community Centre on 131 Finch Ave. W. in North York, Ont. The show will be open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., and admission and parking are free. Attendees are invited to both buy and sell a variety of coins, tokens and banknotes.
