Tokens hot at third Legacy sale

Canadian tokens garnered strong prices at day three of the Canadian Legacy Sale.
A 1886 numismatic medal, one of 11 struck, with the name E.A. Cardinal and stamped Montreal, but missing the word Canada sold for $3,000 plus buyer’s premium, exceeding the auctioneers’ estimate of $2,000.
