Heritage Auctions, a long-running U.S. auction house, is seeking consignments for some of its upcoming numismatic sales. “The continued growth of the world and ancient coin market has inspired the expansion Heritage Auctions’ multi-consignor, thematic ‘Showcase’ auctions,” according to a statement issued by the Texas-based firm this March.
“These Spotlights illuminate specific areas of interest within the numismatic community, presenting a curated selection of coins for collectors to enjoy.” Heritage will accept consignments until April 24 for its June 4 Spotlight on Canadian Coins, which will centre on “20th-century high-grade varieties and pieces with immense eye-appeal,” according to auctioneers.
