    1. To apply for long residence ilr, you are required to have lived peacefully and lawfully in the UK for 10 continuous years which can be completed with the combination of various visas.

    2. You must have not spent more than 6 months outside the UK for one occasion.

    3. You should not have spent more than 18 months outside the UK during the 10 years stay.

    4. Must have existing leave to remain in any UK Immigration category.

    5. There should be no reason with respect to public interest on why it would not be right to grant you the ILR.

    6. More factors like relation, age, your personal history are also considered in the public interest reasons.
