Oh yes, I love to just sit on the rug in the garden at any time and do all sorts of exercises. It’s incredible! I love yoga so much, I read a lot about it and I am glad that I started doing it, at least I found peace in my head and soul.

I have been working in the field of a trainer for many years, I do yoga with my students, this is a great pastime. What is yoga for? I recommend reading about it here https://yogific.org/ . You can start doing it at any age and place, because it is very useful and good for your body and soul!
