Hi all! I am 39 years old, I am a programmer. I can’t work in one position for a long time, my back starts hurting right away. I was advised to buy a standing desk. How do you think it will help me?

This is a very good idea! Working standing up keeps our bodies healthy and energized. Standing work has become the norm and is very popular in the offices of large companies such as Facebook, for example. Just recently I bought a standing desk electric canada https://www.progressivedesk.ca/ and now I can work both sitting and standing. It is very comfortable.

Yes, buying a table with height adjustment is a great way to reduce the discomfort caused by protrusion, osteochondrosis, spondylosis and other back conditions.
