Can anyone explain the exact difference between Change Request & Change log ?
Definition of “Manage Stakeholder engagement” – Communicating and working with stakeholders to meet their needs and address any issues as they occur in the project
From the definition it can be said that PM also solve issues if any.
then why Issue Log is not used as Input to “Manage Stakeholder engagement” ?
Any help will be apprecited.
