Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a very common type (85%) of lung cancer in smokers and non-smokers. It is more common in women than in men. NSCLC has a very poor prognosis and these patients are less responsive to chemotherapy compared to small cell cancers, mebendazole helps in the fight against lung cancer.
