It’s been a while since CCN has reached out to our readers with an in-depth survey, seeking your input on everything from how much time you spend, on average, reading CCN to which columnists you regularly read and what you would like to read more of, or less of.
We are planning a redesign and format change to CCN sometime in 2016. Your input will certainly help us map out the new look and consider additional features and enhancements.

I wanted to share with you some role changes on the editorial side.
While Jesse Robitaille is no longer working full time with our publications, he is staying on as freelance writer. This is a win-win for both Robitaille and Trajan, as he focuses on other opportunities while, at the same time, we continue to benefit from his unique writing style.
Meanwhile, our readers likely have been noticing Jeff Fournier’s articles that have been gracing our recent covers and editorial pages. Fournier recently retired from Ontario Power Generation, after 30 years of service.
He is very involved in the numismatic community, especially in northern Ontario, as you may have read in a recent “guest columnist.” Fournier is very passionate about the hobby and loves to engage with other collectors. In this issue, for example, he’s taking a different approach to writing a “year-end” review of the numismatic year.
Instead of simply focusing on numismatic events that occurred throughout 2015, Fournier is focusing on key events – some reported in CCN, some not – that have had an impact on our hobby. It’s a great review that starts on the cover page of this issue.
Fournier is also assisting me as CCN’s Consulting Editor.
