The Week in Shows (Dec. 4-10)

It’s the final week of shows before the Christmas holidays.

Today is the final day of the the Boucherville Coin and Stamp Show, which is being hosted at De Mortagne School on 955 De Montarville Blvd., in Boucherville, Que. Sponsored by l’Association des numismates et des philatélistes de Boucherville, the show is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and features 35 dealers. Admission and parking are free.

BRAMPTON, ONT.

Today is also the Rotary Club of Brampton Coin and Trading Card Show, being held at Century Gardens Recreation Centre on 340 Vodden Rd. E, in Brampton, Ont. Attendees are invited to buy, sell, trade and appraise at more than 40 dealer tables, including a children’s table. The show will run from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and admission is $3 (although children under 14 years of age are free). Parking is free.

SALEM, ORE.

Today is also the final day of the Salem Stamp and Coin Show, which is hosted by the Salem Stamp Society at the Oregon State Fairgrounds, fewer than six hours south of the Peace Arch Point of Entry at the border of British Columbia and Washington State. The show will be open from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and feature more than 70 dealer tables.
