The Canadian Association of Numismatic Dealers (CAND) is excited to kick off the 2025 numismatic calendar with its annual Coin Show, taking place Jan. 25-26 at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel, 116 King St. West, Hamilton.
With approximately 30 professional dealers from across the country, this highly anticipated event offers collectors a unique opportunity to connect with Canada’s leading numismatic experts while exploring an impressive selection of coins, medals, tokens, banknotes, gold, and silver.
The bourse floor will be bustling with activity as dealers from British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia present fresh inventory carefully curated over the holiday season. Collectors can buy, sell, or have their collections appraised, making this event a must-attend for anyone interested in numismatics.
This family-friendly show also features Cassidy Stroud, the Royal Canadian Numismatic Association’s national youth coordinator, who will return with her ever-popular Youth Table. Collectors are encouraged to bring their families for a weekend of discovery and fun.
Convenient underground parking is available at the Jackson Square Mall, directly connected to the Sheraton, ensuring an easy and seamless visit. Doors open at 10 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, closing at 5 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $5 on Saturday, with free entry on Sunday.
CAND President Michael Findlay encourages collectors to attend this cornerstone event: “The CAND Coin Show is the perfect way to start the year for numismatists. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with dealers, discover fresh treasures, and support the hobby. We welcome collectors of all ages and encourage everyone to join us for this exciting weekend.”
