I was rooting through some change and while separating the nickels and quarters I noticed that one quarter was a little smaller than the rest. I thought I had a foreign coin but upon inspection realized it was a canadian nickel. I have researched everything I could to get info on this nickel, but could find nothing. All other nickels in that year class seem to be of the standard nickel size. All info shows that the nickel hasn’t changed sizes in years.
So, why is my nickel sized about halfway between a nickel and quarter?
